• What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
• What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
• The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
• How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information We Collect

We only collect information that you voluntarily give us when you book a service, check whether your address is in our mobile service area, fill out a form, call or text us, or email us. This may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your service address (for mobile detailing appointments and service area checks).
• Vehicle details such as the type of car, truck, boat or RV, and the services you are interested in.
• Appointment details and any notes or messages you send us.

Like most websites, our site may also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure, prevent spam and understand how visitors use our website.

Information Use and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, including to schedule and confirm appointments, provide quotes, confirm whether your address is within our mobile service area, process your $25 booking deposit, and provide the detailing services you requested.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. For example, we use Square for online booking and payment processing, and may use other trusted service providers for email delivery and website hosting. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email, phone or text message in the future to remind you about appointments or to tell you about specials, membership plans, new services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Payments

Online bookings and the $25 booking deposit are handled through Square, a secure third-party booking and payment provider. Information you provide when booking through Square is also subject to Square’s own Privacy Notice. Boodoo Detailing does not store your full credit or debit card number on our website. Remaining balances may be paid at the time of service by cash, card or check.
