TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Boodoo Detailing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, boodoodetailing.com, and to any detailing services you book with us, whether online, by phone, by text or in person. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Boodoo Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing for cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and RVs, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, System X ceramic coatings, mobile detailing and monthly membership plans. Service descriptions, inclusions and starting prices are listed on our website and may be updated at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Deposits

• Appointments can be booked online through our secure booking provider, Square, or by calling or texting us at (614) 593-5090.
• Every appointment is held with a $25 booking deposit. The deposit is applied toward your final total.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, card or check.
• Your appointment is confirmed once your booking and deposit have been received.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Prices shown on our website are starting prices and are based on vehicle size and type. The final price may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle. Vehicles with excessive dirt, sand, mud, pet hair, heavy stains, odors, mold or biohazards may require additional time and charges (for example, dog hair removal or extra cleaning). We will always let you know about any additional charges before the extra work is performed.

Quotes given by phone, text, email or online are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we inspect the vehicle in person.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit applied to a new appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), no-shows, or appointments where the vehicle is not available at the scheduled time may result in the loss of the $25 deposit.
• We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment because of severe weather, equipment issues, illness or other circumstances beyond our control. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.

5. Mobile Detailing

• Mobile service is available to customers within approximately 20 miles of our shop in Delaware, OH. A mobile service fee applies to mobile appointments (currently $50 within the service area). Customers outside the area may contact us, and service may be offered at our discretion.
• We bring our own water and power. You agree to provide a safe, accessible and level area to work, such as a driveway or parking space, with enough room around the vehicle.
• You are responsible for making sure we have permission to perform the service at the location (for example, from your landlord, HOA, employer or property manager).
• Mobile services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures or other unsafe conditions. System X ceramic coatings are performed at our shop only.

6. Vehicle Preparation and Personal Belongings

Please remove all valuables, personal items, car seats, important documents and loose items from your vehicle before your appointment. While we take care when handling your vehicle, Boodoo Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged or discarded items left in the vehicle, including items that may be removed during cleaning.

7. Vehicle Condition and Results

We work hard to deliver excellent results on every vehicle. However, results depend on the age, condition and history of the vehicle. Some stains, odors, scratches, swirl marks, water spots, oxidation and paint defects may not be completely removable.

Boodoo Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including but not limited to rock chips, scratches, dents, failing or peeling clear coat, loose trim or emblems, aftermarket parts, worn or torn upholstery, cracked glass, and electrical or mechanical issues. We may inspect and photograph your vehicle before starting work and will point out any concerns we notice.

8. Ceramic Coatings

System X ceramic coatings are applied at our shop and may require paint correction before application, which can affect the final price. Coating warranties are provided according to the manufacturer’s terms and require proper maintenance and care. We will give you aftercare instructions, including any curing time, and following them is required to keep your coating performing as intended. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, neglect, improper washing, harsh chemicals or environmental fallout.

9. Monthly Membership Plans

• A full detail is required before you can join a monthly membership plan, so your vehicle is ready for monthly maintenance.
• Membership plans are billed automatically each month. Plan prices are based on vehicle size and include the mobile service fee.
• Monthly visits are scheduled online. Unused monthly visits do not roll over to the next month unless we agree otherwise.
• To change or cancel your plan, please contact us before your next billing date. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
• If your vehicle’s condition goes beyond normal monthly maintenance, additional charges or a new full detail may be required.

10. Customer Satisfaction and Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your vehicle when the service is complete. If you have any concerns about the quality of the work, let us know at the time of service or within 24 hours, and we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue. Because detailing services cannot be returned, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Any claim of damage caused by our services must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service, before any further work is done on the vehicle by another party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boodoo Detailing’s total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle.

12. Photos and Reviews

We may take before and after photos of vehicles we service for quality control and to share our work on our website and social media. We do not show personal information in these photos. If you would prefer that photos of your vehicle are not shared, just let us know.

13. Communications

By booking with us or submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your appointment, quotes, reminders and, unless you opt out, special offers and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Please see our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.

14. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and graphics, belongs to Boodoo Detailing or its content providers and may not be copied or used without our written permission. We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all prices, service details or availability are always complete or current.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website uses and links to third-party services, such as Square for booking and payments, Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Delaware County, Ohio.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
